attended ruel's 4th wall world tour here. small and intimate space for concerts. i wish the ac would be a bit better though cause it was hot inside even if it was not a full packed area.

I had an event here, and our experience is very bad. Seats are not properly numbered some seats are broken. Staffs were not accommodating. Air-conditioned is also very bad. SM management please fix your Samsung hall.

Been there for most of Randell Tiongson's talks but the recent one the Build your Future 2023 electricity went off for a few minutes and I don't see any security guys or electricity guys giving us instructions on those kind of situations that makes me feel off.

The area was huge, the staff and security personnel were very helpful. We also had a great time and our event was a success. Over all we are a satisfied client.

Nice small space inside of the SM aura mall. For concerts, which is why I was here, I feel like they need to drastically improve air circulation and air con, the stuffiness and heat hindered our enjoyment of the concert experience.

This is the place used for Life Fort every Sunday. It has a very nice light, smoke, and sound effects. but the xCR is not enough. There was a chair that was sagging but overall the experience is great!
